About my practice
Judy is a qualified hypnotherapist, counsellor, NLP master
practitioner, and trainer, with 15 years experience in private practice.
Judy is particularly interested in helping clients develop the life skills
they need to combat depression. Her emphasis is on developing strategies
which allow her clients to deal confidently with life's many challenges, and
successfully move forward into the future.
