About my practice
We are a small private practice located in Turramurra
where we work with both individuals and couples.
Hypnotherapy is often part of a broader solution that also requires other
life changes to take place. As a result other modalities may also be used
including Solution Focused Counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Time
Life Therapy.
All the modalities used are focused on facilitating change at both the
conscious and unconscious levels, no matter what the client's desired
outcome may be.
