About my practice
My personal approach integrates all of my educational
backgrounds of Biology, Evolution, Education, Counselling and Psychology. I
particularly enjoy enhancing peoples' natural abilities and skills. I
utilise hypnotherapy as very much a 'teamwork approach' with my client. My
main focus is about empowerment. Further, I am passionate about
'Hypnobirthing' - assisting women and their partners to have empowering
birth experiences. Birth experiences that are relaxed, shorter and more
comfortable.
